Her leadership aims to foster enrollment growth and enhance the quality of career education instruction, aligning these initiatives with the institution's mission and goals.
- Distance Education Leadership: In addition to her responsibilities in career education, Theresa also spearheads special projects in the realm of distance education. Her innovative approach and forward-thinking strategies contribute to the institution's expansion and excellence in online education.Before assuming her current role as Associate Vice President, Theresa served as the Dean of Workforce & Economic Development and Special Projects. In this capacity, she effectively coordinated, administered, and supervised the district's Career Education and Improving Online CTE Pathways Grants.
