Project Inventory Form

Thank you to all of those who submitted a project to the Project Inventory Form. Your submission helped us to create an inventory of ongoing and proposed projects in the region, identify common themes or areas of overlap, prioritize initiatives, and explore opportunities for collaboration among stakeholders.

The form’s purpose was to gather information on project ideas in the region, enabling us to see the landscape of ongoing initiatives and identify common themes or potential areas for collaboration. Cataloging project ideas helps us understand the breadth of initiatives being proposed, identify areas of focus, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with regional goals and priorities.

Summary of Findings

The PIF received a total of 61 submissions. See Figure 1 for a breakdown of projects’ strategy alignment across each of our counties.

Information on upcoming RFP opportunities

The We Prosper Together initiative is entering the Catalyst Phase of California Jobs First. The Catalyst Phase is designed to accelerate the implementation of key strategies identified in our Regional Plan by funding pre-development project activities in our region. Building on the foundation laid in the Planning phase, the Catalyst phase focuses on deploying resources to strengthen capacity in the region’s most promising sectors and advancing the region’s long-term economic goals.

 

We’ve released a Request for Proposals to solicit applications for Catalyst funding this year. Again, this RFP is for pre-development project activities, while the State intends to release a separate funding stream for project implementation in 2025.
