As the capital city of California, Sacramento is a longstanding leader and partner in inclusive economic development and sustainability innovation. Sacramento is the largest jurisdiction in the region, and the regional economic and jobs center of the greater Sacramento metropolitan area. Our work is guided by the ScaleUp Sacramento Inclusive Economic Action Agenda, and the City’s commitment to carbon neutrality and decarbonization.
