Sacramento Entrepreneurial Growth Alliance (SEGA): SEGA is a network of collaborative entrepreneurial ecosystem builders with a bias towards action and a commitment to grow equitable opportunities and fuel a thriving regional economy. Our mission is to build and sustain a vibrant and inclusive entrepreneurial community that increases the volume and success of local founders fueling economic growth in the Greater Sacramento region. Our vision is of widespread community awareness and support of entrepreneurship as an economic growth engine. The Carlsen Center and SEGA can support the CERF planning phase by serving as a steward or lead as it pertains to innovation and entrepreneurship development. The SEGA alliance has established trusted partners that actively engage in discussion and action around innovation and entrepreneurship development. We can serve as a key partner in bringing stakeholders together to discuss this focus of the broader CERF.
