Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce

The Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce is the largest ethnic chamber in our region, and has been in existence since 1998. The Sac Asian Chamber’s work in creating a regional inclusive economic development framework has led to the formation of the Sacramento Inclusive Economic Development Collaborative made up of 17 community-based organizations that provide technical assistance and capacity building and support to the region’s ethnically diverse small business community. Inclusive economic development means viewing disadvantaged communities as assets and driving investment into those communities so that those assets can continue to grow. Creating pathways to our regional economy for full and inclusive participation requires removing barriers to full participation, education and technical assistance, and advocacy. All of which the Sac Asian Chamber is uniquely qualified to do as part of the CERF planning and implementation.
