Our participants are unemployed or underemployed youth and adults who can be considered hard-to-serve and unemployable assessment for individual goals, skills and readiness for employment, creating customized action plans that incorporate a sequential step by step process that provides a clear path for participants to achieve their goals. With adult mentoring, we navigate enrolled in a key pathway that includes job search, GED preparation/one on one tutoring, vocational training, and job application assistance all designed to teach and promote self-sufficiency. These plans may also include basic life skills such as assistance with credit and debt counseling and creating a budget. We touch upwards of 580 individuals each year through one of more of our programs or classes and enroll about 80 adults for more intense supports.
