Valley Vision has awarded $9 million in Catalyst funding across 22 projects, spanning all eight counties in the We Prosper Together Region: Colusa, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba. The Catalyst Fund supports early-stage projects that lay the foundation for inclusive, sustainable economic development. Designed to accelerate innovative strategies that address historic disinvestment and unlock regional potential, the Catalyst portfolio advances job creation, workforce equity, climate resilience, and community-rooted solutions.
