For 40 years, California Capital Financial Development Corporation has supported small and microenterprise businesses in diverse communities in the Sacramento Valley. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we are a mission-based organization focusing on programs and services with the goal of creating asset and wealth development in low-to-moderate-income and historically underinvested communities. With a mission to provide Capital and Capacity to serve communities, California Capital provides fair financing options to entrepreneurs and small business owners who cannot access traditional financing. We support our clients by providing extensive business development services. California Capital is host to the Sacramento Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the California Capital Women's Business Center (WBC), and the California Capital Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), providing expert business advising and training services to over 4,000 business owners and entrepreneurs per year.
